    For increased rate of weight gain and improved feed efficiency.

    Synovex® H

  • Growing beef heifers fed in confinement for slaughter

    For increased rate of weight gain and improved feed efficiency in growing beef heifers fed in confinement for slaughter. Other than as described on the labeling, this implant is not approved for repeated implantation (reimplantation) with any other cattle ear implant in growing beef heifers fed in confinement for slaughter as safety and effectiveness have not been evaluated.

  • Growing beef heifers weighing 400 lbs or more

    For increased rate of weight gain and improved feed efficiency.

    20 milligrams estradiol benzoate and 200 milligrams testosterone propionate (one implant consisting of 8 pellets, each pellet containing 2.5 milligrams estradiol benzoate and 25 milligrams testosterone propionate per implant dose.

    Administer one implant containing 200 mg testosterone propionate and 20 mg estradiol benzoate (8 pellets) to each heifer by subcutaneous implantation in the middle-third of the ear.

    Administer 1 implant --the entire contents of one cartridge cell (9 pellets) – subcutaneously in the back of the middle third of the ear.
