Welcome to bAItari.vet (also accessible via بيطري.com). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bAItari platform, including all services, features, content, and applications offered by bAItari ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company").
By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.
1. Definitions
- "Platform" refers to the bAItari web application accessible at baitari.vet and بيطري.com, including all related APIs, mobile interfaces, and sub-domains.
- "Services" refers to all features and functionalities provided through the Platform, including but not limited to CRM, Electronic Health Records (EHR), appointment booking, invoicing, AI assistants, Health Assessment System (HAS), farm and herd management, team management, and file storage.
- "User" or "you" refers to any individual who creates an account on the Platform.
- "Business" refers to a veterinary practice, clinic, hospital, pharmacy, farm, or any other organizational entity registered on the Platform by a User.
- "Team Member" refers to any User who is linked to a Business through a membership relationship with an assigned role and permissions.
- "Business Owner" refers to the User who originally created the Business on the Platform and holds the Owner role.
- "Content" refers to any data, text, images, files, medical records, invoices, AI conversation logs, assessment data, or other materials uploaded, created, or generated through the Services.
- "AI Services" refers to the artificial intelligence features of the Platform, including but not limited to Mokhles (مخلص — practice administration assistant), Basira (بصيرة — diagnostic and clinical intelligence assistant), voice transcription, and image analysis capabilities.
- "AI Credits" refers to the token-based currency system used to meter access to AI Services.
- "Subscription Plan" refers to the selected tier of service (Community, Professional, or Industrial) that determines feature access, quotas, and pricing.
- "PII" (Personally Identifiable Information) refers to any data that can be used to identify a specific individual, directly or indirectly.
2. Eligibility
2.1. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create an account and use the Services.
2.2. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization (e.g., a veterinary clinic, hospital, or farm), you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2.3. You represent that you are legally permitted to use the Services in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
2.4. The Platform is designed primarily for licensed veterinary professionals and animal health practitioners. Certain features (such as medical record management and diagnostic AI tools) are intended for use by qualified professionals. bAItari does not verify your professional credentials and makes no representations regarding the suitability of the Platform for any specific regulatory or licensing requirements in your jurisdiction.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1. To access the Services, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and creating a password. You must agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy during registration.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any authentication tokens.
3.3. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.
3.4. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Each User must have their own individual account. Team access is managed through the Team Member invitation system.
3.5. You must immediately notify us at hello@baitari.vet if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
3.6. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe has been compromised or is being used in violation of these Terms.
3.7. Email verification is required to complete account registration. You must verify your email address by clicking the confirmation link sent to the email address you provided.
4. Description of Services
bAItari provides a comprehensive veterinary practice management platform. The Services include, but are not limited to:
4.1. Core Practice Management (CRM / EHR)
- Client Management: Create and manage client (animal owner) profiles, including contact information and addresses.
- Animal Management: Register and manage animal profiles, including species, breed, and medical history.
- Medical Records (EHR): Create, view, and manage detailed medical records for each animal, including diagnoses, treatments, medications, and clinical notes.
- Appointment Booking: Schedule, manage, and track appointments linking clients, animals, and staff.
- Invoicing & Billing: Generate draft and finalized invoices from medical records, manage line items, apply taxes and discounts, and export invoices.
4.2. AI-Powered Services
- Mokhles (مخلص — Practice Assistant): An AI-powered assistant that helps with health records, appointment scheduling, client communication, and clinical note generation using natural language and voice transcription.
- Basira (بصيرة — Diagnostic Intelligence): An AI-powered diagnostic tool providing medical image analysis (X-ray, imaging), drug research, differential diagnosis generation, and clinical decision support.
- AI Services are powered by third-party Large Language Model (LLM) providers. The specific LLM providers may change at any time without prior notice as we optimize for the best outcomes across different tasks.
4.3. Health Assessment System (HAS)
- Farm & Herd Management: Register farms, create hierarchical groups (Farm → Barrack → Cycle), and manage animal herds.
- Assessment Templates: Create and use customizable assessment templates adapted to any species or operation.
- Assessment Sessions & Findings: Conduct structured health assessments, record findings at group or individual animal level, and trigger medical records from assessment outcomes.
4.4. Team & Role Management
- Multi-User Access: Invite team members to join your Business with assigned roles.
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Assign granular permissions through predefined roles (Owner, Admin, Member) or create custom roles with specific permission sets.
- Business Context Switching: Users who belong to multiple Businesses can switch between them seamlessly.
4.5. File Storage & Attachments
Upload and manage files including medical documents, images, and other attachments linked to animals, records, or the Business.
4.6. Content & Communication
- Digital Drug Library: Access a reference drug database.
- Notifications: Receive in-platform notifications for bookings, team invitations, and system events.
- Newsletter & Blog: Access veterinary content, articles, and platform updates.
5. Subscription Plans, Billing, and AI Credits
5.1. Plan Tiers
bAItari offers three primary subscription tiers:

The Community plan is and will remain free of charge for core practice management features. We are committed to providing a fully functional CRM and EHR at no cost.
5.2. AI Credit System
- Monthly Credits: Each Subscription Plan includes a monthly allocation of AI Credits that resets at the beginning of each billing period. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
- Reserve Stack: Credits purchased through Top-Up Packs or awarded through promotional grants are added to a persistent reserve balance that never expires.
- Consumption Order: Monthly credits are consumed first. Once monthly credits are exhausted, reserve credits are consumed.
- Hard Limit: No AI call will be processed if the total available credits are insufficient. You will never incur credit debt.
5.3. Top-Up Packs
When monthly AI Credits are exhausted, you may purchase additional credits through Top-Up Packs. Top-Up Packs are added to your Reserve Stack and are cumulative.
5.4. Billing and Payment
- Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis.
- Payment card data is never stored on our servers.
- Supported currencies include JOD, SAR, AED, and USD.
5.5. Custom and Private Plans
We may offer unlisted or custom subscription plans for enterprise clients, educational institutions, or strategic partners.
5.6. Changes to Pricing
We reserve the right to modify pricing. Any price increase will take effect no earlier than thirty (30) days after notification. You may cancel before the new pricing takes effect.
6. Free Tier Commitments
6.1. The Community (Free) plan provides unlimited access to core practice management features.
6.2. We are committed to maintaining a free tier. There is no time limit on the free plan.
6.3. Certain features, quotas, and capabilities are reserved for paid plans.
6.4. We will not retroactively remove core features from the free plan.
7. AI Services — Specific Terms
7.1. No Medical Guarantee. AI Services are tools designed to assist licensed veterinary professionals. They do not constitute veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
7.2. Accuracy Disclaimer. AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, hallucinations, or omissions. bAItari does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content.
7.3. Professional Responsibility. You retain full professional and legal responsibility for all clinical decisions made using or informed by AI Services.
7.4. Data Processing for AI. When you use AI Services, your input data is transmitted to third-party LLM providers for processing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7.5. Anonymized Training. We may use anonymized and de-identified data to improve our AI models. We do not sell your data.
7.6. Token Tracking. AI usage is tracked at the per-Team-Member level for accountability.
8. Team and Multi-Tenant Terms
8.1. Business Isolation. Each Business operates as an isolated tenant. Data belonging to one Business is completely inaccessible to Users from other Businesses.
8.2. Roles and Permissions. The Business Owner assigns roles to Team Members with specific permission sets.
8.3. Owner Responsibilities. The Business Owner is responsible for managing team membership, reviewing AI credit usage, and ensuring compliance with these Terms.
8.4. Invitation Process. Team Members are added via email invitation. A User may be a member of multiple Businesses simultaneously.
8.5. Beta Guardrails. During the current beta phase: Maximum of 3 Businesses per User, maximum of 5 team memberships per User, maximum of 10 Team Members per Business.
9. Data Ownership and Portability
9.1. Your Data Belongs to You. All Content that you upload, create, or generate through the Services is and remains your property.
9.2. License to Operate. You grant bAItari a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, display, and transmit your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
9.3. No Data Selling. We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your data to any third party for any purpose.
9.4. Data Export. You have the right to export your data at any time.
9.5. Service Discontinuation. If bAItari ever discontinues the Services, we commit to providing at least ninety (90) days advance notice and ensuring full data export capability.
10. Content and Upload Policies
10.1. You are solely responsible for all Content that you and your Team Members upload or create.
10.2. You must not upload Content that violates any applicable law, infringes intellectual property rights, contains malware, or contains deliberately false medical information.
10.3. Storage Quotas. File storage is subject to your Subscription Plan quotas.
11. Beta and Early Access Disclaimer
11.1. The Platform is currently in an early access / beta phase. Features may change without prior notice.
11.2. Certain features described in documentation may not yet be fully implemented.
11.3. Beta guardrails (Section 8.5) are in effect.
11.4. We welcome feedback at hello@baitari.vet.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1. Platform IP. The bAItari Platform is owned by bAItari and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2. Your Content. You retain all ownership rights to your Content as described in Section 9.
12.3. Open Source. The Platform may incorporate open-source software components subject to their respective licenses.
12.4. Feedback. You grant bAItari a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any Feedback you provide.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, bAItari SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
13.2. IN NO EVENT SHALL bAItari'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID IN SUBSCRIPTION FEES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13.3. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bAItari from and against any claims arising out of your use of the Services, your Content, your violation of these Terms, or any clinical decisions made using the Services.
15. Disclaimers
15.1. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
15.2. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE. The Platform and Services are not a substitute for professional veterinary judgment.
16. Availability and Service Levels
16.1. We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime percentage or SLA.
16.2. The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or force majeure events.
17. Termination
17.1. Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@baitari.vet. Your data will be retained for up to 90 days for export, after which it will be permanently deleted.
17.2. Termination by bAItari
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful conduct, or after 12 months of inactivity (with prior notice).
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
18.1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
18.2. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amman, Jordan.
18.3. Pan-Arab Regulatory Awareness. We strive to comply with data protection regulations including Saudi Arabia's PDPL, UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 45, Egypt's PDPL, and Bahrain's PDPL.
19. General Provisions
19.1. Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
19.2. Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
19.3. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement.
19.4. Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our consent.
20. Modifications to These Terms
Material changes will take effect no earlier than thirty (30) days after notification via email and in-platform notice.

These Terms and Conditions are available in Arabic. In the event of any discrepancy between the Arabic and English versions, the English version shall prevail for legal interpretation purposes.
