The drug is indicated for use in the treatment of diseases of dogs caused by pathogens sensitive to oxytetracycline hydrochloride including treatment for the following conditions in dogs caused by susceptible microorganisms: Bacterial infections of the urinary tract caused by Hemolytic Staphylococcus species, Streptococcus species, Bacterial pulmonary infections caused by Brucella bronchiseptica, Streptococcus pyogenes, Staphylococcus aureus, secondary bacterial infections caused by Micrococcus pyogenes var. albus, Brucella bronchiseptica, Streptococcus species.

The drug is administered intramuscularly at a recommended daily dosage to dogs at 5 milligrams per pound of body weight administered in divided doses at 6 to 12 hour intervals. Therapy should be continued for at least 24 hours after all symptoms have subsided.

Do not touch the band with bare fingers. Wear gloves when handling or applying Lidoband EZE. Because lidocaine is used in LidoBand EZE, change gloves frequently while handling multiple bands. A tension band applicator (TI Banders type) is recommended. Follow the manufacturer's directions for the tension band applicator when applying LidoBand EZE. The properties of latex can change with temperature. Cold or hot air temperatures may cause bands to break when expanded. It is recommended to apply bands at temperatures between 60°F and 85°F (approximately 15°C and 30°C).

cover your dog's eyes. Spread the fur or coat away from the area to be sprayed. If necessary, clip the hair covering the irritation or hot spot. Hold spray as close as necessary to control the spray area. Spray several times to cleanse the area. Wipe away excess drips, without touching the irritation. Repeat and allow to dry. The area may be covered with a loose bandage that allows air to reach the irritation. Use Elizabethan Collar (E-Collar), if necessary, to keep pet from chewing the bandage. Wash your hands after applying.
