Start from the animal in front of you
A list is where you look something up when you already know its name. This is the same rows entered from the other end: pick what you can see on the animal and get a shortlist ranked by how many of your signs each condition explains.

No clinical sign is published in the reference yet. The signs are written inside the condition prose and have not been extracted into rows linked to their conditions — that extraction is the only thing missing.
