Chickens (broilers)
For prevention of coccidiosis caused by Eimeria tenella, E. necatrix, E. acervulina, E. maxima, E. brunetti, and E. mivati, including some field strains of E. tenella which are more susceptible to roxarsone combined with salinomycin than to roxarsone alone, and for improved feed efficiency.
Feed continuously as sole ration. Withdraw 5 days prior to slaughter. Use as sole source of organic arsenic. Not approved for use with pellet binders. Do not feed to layers. May be fatal if accidentally fed to adult turkeys or horses.

Stafac®
Broiler Chickens
For the prevention of coccidiosis caused by Eimeria necatrix, E. tenella, E. acervulina, E. brunetti,
E. mitis (mivati), and E. maxima. Because diclazuril is effective against E. maxima later in its life cycle, subclinical intestinal lesions may be present for a short time after infection. Diclazuril was shown in studies to reduce lesion scores and improve performance and health of birds challenged with E. maxima. For increased rate of weight gain in broiler chickens.
Feed continuously as the sole ration.
Do not use in hens producing eggs for human food.
Clinacox™ / Stafac®
Broiler Chickens
For the prevention of coccidiosis caused by Eimeria tenella, E. acervulina, E. maxima, E. brunetti, E. necatrix, and E. mivati/E. mitis, and for prevention of necrotic enteritis caused by Clostridium perfringens susceptible to virginiamycin in broiler chickens.
Feed continuously as the sole ration. For broiler chickens only. Do not feed to laying hens. Do not administer to chickens producing eggs for human consumption.
Federal law restricts medicated feed containing this veterinary feed directive (VFD) drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian.

Feed continuously as the sole ration for broiler chickens.
Do not feed to laying chickens. Do not allow horses or other equines access to formulations containing monensin sodium (ingestion of monensin sodium by equines has been fatal).

For prevention of coccidiosis caused by Eimeria tenella, E. necatrix, E. acervulina, E. brunetti, E. mivati, and E. maxima, and for increased rate of weight gain and improved feed efficiency
For broiler and fryer chickens only. Feed continuously as sole ration. Do not feed to laying chickens.
Avatec® / Stafac®
Chickens (boillers)
As an aid in the prevention of coccidiosis where severe exposure to Eimeria acervulina, E. brunetti, and E. maxima is likely to occur, for increased rate of weight gain and improved feed efficiency
Feed continuously as sole ration. Do not feed to laying hens. Not for chickens over 16 weeks of age. As sole source of amprolium. Do not use in Type B or Type C medicated feeds containing bentonite.
Amprol HI-E® / Stafac®

Aviax II® plus Stafac®
Chickens (Broiler)
For prevention of necrotic enteritis caused by Clostridium perfringens susceptible to virginiamycin and as an aid in the prevention of coccidiosis caused by Eimeria necatrix, E. tenella, E. acervulina, E. brunetti, E. mivati, and E. maxima.
Feed continuously as the sole ration for broiler chickens. Do not feed to laying chickens. Do not administer to chickens producing eggs for human consumption. Stafac® and Monteban™
Broiler chickens
For prevention of necrotic enteritis caused by Clostridium perfringens susceptible to virginiamycin; and for the prevention of coccidiosis where immunity to coccidiosis is not desired in broiler chickens.
Use as the sole source of amprolium. Do not use in feeds containing bentonite. Do not change the litter while giving this feed unless absolutely necessary. If losses exceed 0.5% in a 2-day period, obtain an accurate diagnosis and follow the instructions of your veterinarian or poultry pathologist. Losses may result from intercurrent disease or other conditions affecting drug intake, which can contribute to the virulence of coccidiosis under field conditions. Increasing levels of amprolium may not prevent coccidiosis caused by strains of Eimeria commonly found to be resistant to amprolium. Not for use in laying chickens. Federal law restricts medicated feed containing this veterinary feed directive (VFD) drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian.
Stafac® and AMPROL®
